This has been the absolute worst Sonic experience we have ever encountered. We pushed the button only to have it turned off by them inside. We waited another 7 minutes for someone to take our order and then after waiting 20 minutes (on a large sweet tea and a 4 cheese stick order) we pushed the button (again) to cancel and again, they didn’t respond and our call light was cleared. We then tried to place a phone call to cancel and unsurprisingly, no one answered. My husband then popped his head in the door and requested to cancel our order. A few minutes later, a disrespectful teen walked to our vehicle, tossed us a ticket, looked at the ground and mumbled that our card would be reimbursed in a few days. Not a single, “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience” or “wait, let us grab you a coupon for your trouble.” Nothing. Now, We will head back home to Arkansas where the Sonic service is good and a far cry from that. Lesson Learned.
If you stop by the sonic in tunica make sure that you know how to speak ENGLISH because whatever I spoke in did not work !!! Only ordered 3 all American hot dogs WITHOUT onions! After saying it 4 times , I do believe that I got extra onions!

Every time I come to this place it's something food not right or they leave part of my order out and than have a problem with you "customer" when you complain about it... and Management sucks because they won't fix the problem...
Couldn't get our simple order right after 15 mins. Sent it back. After patiently waiting it came back correct but cold.
Pretty good food and the staff were nice. However, it is in a very sketchy area. Did not feel safe there.
